Original owner - 31years, 8 months and 22 days
Existing owner - 1year, 9 months and 25 days (Up until 28th March 2022)


It is in a truly outstanding condition throughout and has only travelled just over 844 miles from new. This car needs to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. There is some extremely minor surface rust to some of the underside areas which is only to be expected given the age. It comes with a comprehensive history file along with a stack of paperwork and the original bill of sale.

This is an extremely rare opportunity to buy an extremely rare Austin Mini Mayfair automatic, as Mayfair's rarely were automatics, coupled with the fact it was factory optioned car. This is a piece of British motoring history and is an ideal collectors piece.

The car has lived predominantly in a bubble and used rarely, only to keep the clutch and other moving parts lubricated. The underside has been wax oiled from new, and in fabulous condition as is all the rest of the car and there is absolutely no rust to the paint work or other body parts. Mechanically sound and kept up with maintenance.

It could be converted to a manual, however, I feel it would be sacrilege to change the transmission.
